Civil Service Shared Services Centre, Junior and Middle Management Training

Tender description

The Department of Expenditure and Reform invites tenders for the provision of 2 training programmes on ‘Managing in a Shared Services Environment’, one to suit junior managers and another to suit middle managers in a Shared Services Centre. There will also be a requirement for a half-day session with the Senior Management Teams (mainly Assistant Principal Officers and Principal Officers) to align them with training their staff have received and to ensure a common understanding and language across the Shared Services Centres. The training should reflect the culture, environment and business of a modernising Irish Civil Service. It must be geared to meet the needs of the Civil Service and based on best practice training practice. An emphasis should be placed on learning, with an opportunity to practice skills and techniques which can be applied in the shared services centre environment.
