Tender description

This specialist Business Mentor Service will focus on supporting clients throughout the business development process, during the transition from development to incorporation and the first 45 months (3 years 9 months is the maximum allowed duration of occupancy at the Hartnett Centre) of business trading as well as helping existing enterprise alumni businesses to develop growth strategies and take advantage of development opportunities. The post holder will work with individuals and groups to build confidence and improve decision making processes; support the development of management systems and approaches. The post holder may also be asked to work with clients on any of the LIT Enterprise Ladder programmes or centres.The post holder will work closely with the LIT Development Office team and various partners and existing providers of business support to enable enterprises to grow internationally, grow exports and sustain and increate employment
