LBHF is inviting approaches from training providers to partner with them in the delivery of training and employment support provision across four key areas: • Delivery of pre-employment support for the retail, hospitality & catering sectors, entry level retail, hospitality and catering training; Continuous professional development retail, hospitality & catering; • Delivery of Pre-employment support for business administration and Level 2, 3 and 4 Business Administration Apprenticeships. Delivery of Business Administration Traineeships 16 to 18 and 19+; • Delivery of construction employment and training support including pre-employment support and Apprenticeship Training Agency services. • Working with LBHF to develop pathways into work for local residents in the childcare, healthcare and adult social care industries. LBHF seeks innovative approaches and creative ideas about supporting residents and businesses across these three areas of work and their future progression. LBHF seeks to establish partnerships where joint responsibility is taken for getting local residents into work and developing their potential. Partnership meetings will be held regularly to review the successes, on-going performance and look at new opportunities. Partnerships will be agreed for 2 year periods.
