Temporary removal and reinstatement of electrical fittings. Formation of sump pit and installation of perimeter drainage channel. Installation of Delta wall and floor membranes. Installation of new 50mm screed. Installation of plasterboard linings and plaster skim finishing coat. Installation of sump pump - including all electrical connections, testing and commissioning. Installation of power for sump pump - including 13amp switched fuse spur. Decorations of walls, door frames, architraves and skirtings. New plywood boxing to pipes. Installation of suspended ceilings. Removal of existing lighting and circuits. Installation of new lighting circuit - including testing and commissioning. Vinyl floor coverings to corridor, locker room and gym. Cleaning after completion. Delta damp system guarantee for 20years.
