Tender description

EirGrid would like to establish a single supplier framework for the provision of Advertising Services. The objective of this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process is to produce a short-list of suitably qualified Advertising Agencies who would be invited to tender for the provision of Advertising Services. EirGrid envisages qualifying up to 5 Candidates from this pre- qualification process, subject to the quality of responses received. Only one company will be awarded the final contract. This PQQ provides a description of the services EirGrid wishes to procure as well as information about the selection procedure. Scope of Services The Agency should have the capability of providing the following services: Advertising - concept development, execution, design and production Copywriting – any copy to be written, captions etc Media buying – press, radio, TV etc Multimedia – mobile communications, internet marketing strategies (for the existing www.eirgrid.com website). The contract will be awarded for a period of three years with an option to extend for up to an additional 12 months, subject always to the satisfactory performance of the successful Tenderer.
