Print and Advertising Services for the Pensions Authority

Tender description

The Pensions Authority wishes to engage the services of a print and advertising agency to provide support services to the Authority as follows: • provide graphic design, layout and production services for all Authority information and print materials in hard copy and online, to include Annual Reports • provide design creative for the production of a) print publication adverts b) online adverts for use on the likes of LinkedIn/Facebook • provide production services in the re-sizing and trafficking of print adverts (the Authority will undertake the media buying) • provide media buying services across online platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, as well as commercial and general consumer sites • share any consumer research/insights which might influence creative, media buying options and planning for the coming year • liaise with translation service providers, approved by the Authority, to co- ordinate the production of materials in languages other than English where required. As the regulator for occupational pension schemes, trust RACs and Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSAs) in Ireland, the Authority provides information on pensions to encourage a better understanding of how pensions work. This information is developed with a number of relevant parties in mind including pension scheme members, trustees, employers, pension providers, the pension industry and consumers. The Authority’s main aims are to a) inform the various audiences of the available information b) encourage the different audiences to be more engaged with pensions The Authority’s communication strategy and messages need to reflect the regulatory role of the organization whilst also appealing to the diverse range of target audiences.
