Tender description

1. Supply microbrewery equipment suitable for producing sterile filtered, force carbonated ales and lagers and bottle and cask conditioned ales, bottled and kegged. 2. All process equipment shall be made to food grade standards. The equipment must be stainless steel with a stainless steel operating panel and conform to European norms (CE certification). 3. Complete set of documentation in the English language to include a Part Catalogue, operating and maintenance instructions, health and safety procedures, Trouble Shooting Manual. 4. Quote must not exceed 207,000 euro The specification must include: Malt Mill with Auger and Grist Case 3 Vessel Brewhouse Plate Heat exchanger Hot & cold Liquor tank 2 x 20L and 2 x 40L Fermentation vessel Bright beer tank Yeast tank Glycol Tank & Chiller Mobile CIP system PLC programmed and Touch Screen Lab Equipment Keg Machine DE Filter Bottling equipment
