Tender description
Tenders are hereby invited from practising solicitors (each a “Tenderer”) for the provision of legal and related services in the collection of certain Revenue debt in accordance with the terms of this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”). Revenue intends to appoint a number of solicitors for this purpose (more than three but not more than six) assuming enough solicitors meet the qualification criteria. The work involves debt collection proceedings in the District, Circuit and High Courts for the recovery of tax and interest due.
