Development & Delivery of Digital Heritage Interpretation in Bridgend

Tender description

As part of the Digital Bridgend Project, Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) is seeking to appoint a specialist company to develop and deliver digital heritage interpretation throughout the destination. The work will broadly involve: Identifying through consultation with relevant groups the heritage interpretation that exists in 6 pre defined heritage hubs throughout the destination; Proposing and later delivering the best possible means through which this information can be presented digitally to potential users (e.g. new and existing mobile/tablet applications); Providing the necessary technical conditions to aid delivery on location through the necessary existing and new channels to reach the desired audience (e.g. Wi-Fi at each hub). Increase visitor numbers into Bridgend County Borough with a targeted marketing campaign to launch the project.
