Tender description

This concession has been awarded to Nosh-ington Ltd. Date of award - 15th May 2014 7 applications were received. Dublin City Council (DCC) is seeking tenders from competent catering operators for the operation of a tearoom in Harold’s Cross Park, on a commercial concession licence basis. The use of the tearoom is intended to enhance the attraction of the public amenity for the park’s many users. The preference would be for quality, fresh, homemade/baked and natural goods, however all submissions will be considered in line with the selection and award criteria described in this document. The licensee shall have an exclusive right to provide the service in the defined catering area. Please see the attached documents for full information.
