This contract has been awarded to Annaveigh Plants Ltd. Date Awarded - 25/10/13 4 Submissions were received Dublin City Council proposes to award a contract for the delivery of trees to St. Anne’s Nursery, Clontarf, Dublin 3 or to other designated locations in Dublin City Council’s administrative area. Supplier will be responsible for the off loading of the items from the container and placed on the receiving area as directed by Dublin City Council Parks Staff. Price tendered to include any costs in relation to this. All trees shall be true to name as specified in the ‘Form of Tender - Schedule of Items’ and shall be labelled individually or in groups by species and cultivar for the purpose of identification. At time of inspection and delivery, all bare root and root balled trees shall be moist throughout. The roots shall show no signs of excess soil moisture conditions as indicated by poor root growth, root discoloration, distortion, death or foul odour. The crown shall show no signs of moisture stress as may be indicated by branch dieback or desiccated twigs or poorly formed buds.
