The NCSE produces a range of publications each year in hard copy and electronically on its website. These include commissioned research reports, guidelines, information booklets, statutory reports etc. The NCSE also runs consultations, seminars and other events that may require the design and print of materials. In determining its publication and print requirements the NCSE is informed by it’s over all strategic requirements as well as budgetary implications and accessibility SPECIFICATION OF REQUIREMENTS a)Design and format material suitable for both web and print publication. b)Facilitate delivery of these materials in a variety of formats –electronic (PDF, HTML etc), print, and if required other formats such as audio CD etc c)Take documents containing Irish text and develop them into publications matching the design of the English Language version. The successful tenderer will not be required to source translation services on behalf of the NCSE. d)Manage the provision of print services for the NCSE – including drafting and agreeing print specifications for NCSE documents, arranging for quotations to ensure value for money and liaising with printers to ensure delivery of efficient service and ality service. e)Arrange temporary storage of materials. f)Arrange dissemination of hard copy printed materials g)Advise on solutions to meet NCSE design, print, storage and dissemination requirements.
