Tender description

Dublin City University wishes to invite tenders for the Provision of Vending Machine Services. It is proposed that the contract will be for a three-year term. It will be renewed annually subject to a satisfactory review of the service level agreement. The annual review will not conflict with the terms of the contract document and the terms of the contract will supersede the annual review. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender in terms of the following: • Brands offered • Service levels proposed • Management Information reports • Reliability and Company profile • Price structure offered • Commission offered
