National Epilepsy EPR Framework Agreement

Tender description

The HSE invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers to participate in a competition for appointment to a Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of support and maintenance of an existing Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, enhancement of functionality of existing system, configuration, modification, implementation, data migration and ongoing support of a National Electronic Patient Record to support epilepsy care across the Irish Health Sector. An immediate award of contract will be made for the provision of support & maintenance to the existing EPR System. The HSE has an existing EPR located in Beaumont Hospital Dublin and it is the HSE’s intention through the appointment of this Framework Agreement to secure the services of a suitably qualified service provider to (a) support and maintain this existing EPR (b) enhance the existing functionality of this EPR to facilitate its use as a National Epilepsy EPR (c) future development of additional functionality to facilitate roll out in line with the Epilepsy Programme to Paediatric Hospitals, GP’s etc including but not limited to data migration.
