Tender description

This public procurement competition relates to the landscape maintenance of all ten landscaped UCC sites, including but not limited to the following maintenance operations, grass cutting, weeding, fertilising, pruning, maintenance of trees, shrubs, bedding, woodland, clearance of leaves, debris and litter from landscape areas and pavements. In addition, the UCC sites at the Distillery Field on the North Mall and ERI on Lee Road will also require cutting of rough grass along the river bank. The Pharmacy Building will also require the maintenance of Interior Plants.
