This RFT was issued with a view to selecting a service provider who will work with SEAI and its partners to assist on the project management aspects of AMETS. Numbers of tenders received: 8 Name and address of company awarded the contract: Ove Arup and Partners Ireland Limited t/a ARUP of 50 Ringsend road, Dublin 4 Date of contract award: 15/01/2015 The contract will terminate on 14/01/2016 with an option to extend the term for periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extensions depending on budget availability and performance. Value of contract: Estimated total value of the contract for the 3 years is €800,175 Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award: 1. Demonstrated understanding of the requirements (overall mark 10) 2. Range and depth of previous relevant experience of the personnel proposed (overall mark 20) 3. Quality of the tender proposal and methodology. Proposed management of assignment; incorporating best practice, deliverables and measures for ensuring quality. Demonstration of best practice environmental management. (overall mark 30) 4. Cost (overall mark 40) NB: To be considered for selection, tenders must score 40 or higher for 1, 2 and 3 collectively.
