Irish Wheelchair Association (IWA) are seeking quotations from suitable qualified individuals or organisations for the conducting of inspection and testing of Portable Electrical Appliances (PAT) in accordance with the following legislation and guidance: • The Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. (No. 10 of 2005) • The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Applications) Regulations 2007. (S.I. No. 299 of 2007) Part 3. Electricity. • Electro-Technical Council of Ireland “National Rules for Electrical Installations” 4th Edition ET 101: 2008 • The Safety Health & Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 as amended by the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 732 of 2007)
