IT Development Business Analyst and Project Coordinator

Tender description

The HRB is seeking to procure a service providing a highly qualified IT Development Business Analyst and Project Coordinator to manage the implementation and supporting tasks for its new grant management software solution, GEMS, in a manner that meets the business needs of the organisation and is completed within the stated timeframe and budget. The project involves the customised implementation of CC Technologies’ CC Grant Tracker software. In addition to ensuring the full and effective deployment of all aspects of the new solution, the IT Development Business Analyst and Project Coordinator will oversee the design and delivery of an appropriate and effective operational model including roles and responsibilities, workflow, processes, system documentation, access rights, change management, training and ongoing support and maintenance needs of the system. The first phase of GEMS went live successfully in October 2012 and since then the majority of phases have gone live or are soon to go live. The HRB now require the assistance of a specialist service/resource for 70 days out of the 84 possible working days (from 1 June 2014 until 30 September 2014) to ensure the successful delivery of the remaining components of the project on time and within budget and to ensure that an appropriate operational model is in place within the organisation to support the ongoing use, management and maintenance of the system.
