Tender description

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the above Civil Works Fixed Price Contract. The works involve the construction of approximately 9.7km of PE and ductile iron watermains (to supplement or replace existing cast iron, asbestos cement and uPVC watermains) and installation of fittings and consumer connections on the Thomastown, Mooncoin Regional and Piltown Water Supply Schemes which are located in the south of Co. Kilkenny Local Authority area. This contract was awarded to David Walsh Civil Engineering Ltd., Knocknacree, Castledermot, Co Kildare on the 6th December 2013.
