To obtain information from Service Providers to determine if they are eligble to participate in a separate Tender Competition (Shortlist of 8) for Mechanical and Electrical consultancy services a new warehouse type structure with a gross floor area of approximately 1,500m2 for the secure storage of archive material over two floors; connection of the store to an existing building originally designed as a Barracks Hospital; alterations to old Hospital and nearby building to provide admin areas, reading rooms and ancillary facilities; associated siteworks
