The HEA wishes to engage the services of appropriate expertise to assist with the strategic dialogue process. This will enhance the capacity of the HEA to address successfully the scale of the change in mandate that has now occurred and to embed the necessary cultural, strategic and operational features that will support the organisation in carrying out that mandate in the future.
