Tender description
The Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General(the Office) wishes to confirm that this contract has been awarded to KPMG. ~To confirm that the Office's financial audit system is in compliance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and best practice. ~To review and report to Office management on the quality of a sample of financial audits undertaken by the Office in order to determine the extent to which the audits were performed in accordance with the ISAs and to make any recommendations deemed appropriate. The work and the resulting report(s)may, by agreement with the Office, be performed in November 2013. The final report must be issued to the office on later than 20 December 2013.
