The three components of the contract are as follows: (1)strategic communications planning (2)creative development of annual public relations plans, based on SEAI’s business plan, which meet the specific programme targets and contribute to the communications objectives. (3)measurement of success of communications activities . The contract will terminate on 17/02/2015. There is an option to extend annually for a further two years subject to satisfactory performance and budget availability. Value of contract: Estimated total annual value of the contract is €90000 Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award: 1.Range and depth of previous relevant experience and quality and level of resources to be applied to the service with particular attention to demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Irish economic and political environment and national energy policy (Max.
