Demonstrated understanding of tender requirements (max: 10); 2. Proposed methodology to meet tender requirements (max: 35); 3. Range and depth of previous relevant experience of team proposed including project management and (max: 20); 4. Cost (max: 35) To be considered for selection, tenders were required to score higher than 40 for criteria 1, 2 and 3 collectively.
