Tender description
As a result of winning the bid to host the 4 day Adventure Travel World Summit in 2014, which will see over 700 key decision-makers (tour operators, media, agents, tourism boards, bloggers, etc.) gathering in Ireland for a 4 day conference, taking place in Killarney in October 2014, Fáilte Ireland request submissions for a Professional Conference Organising Company. This PCO will work in conjunction with Fáilte Ireland and the ATTA (Adventure Travel Trade Association) to: • project manage the logistics of the ATWS • develop, manage and maintain a digital platform to promote the Summit in 2014 • identify potential sponsors, • identify and procure transport services for delegates • promote Ireland and the adventure experiences delegates can participant in at this summit • assist in delivering a world class summit for 2014.
