Tender description

The Contracting Authority is seeking proposals for the supply, installation, configuration, testing, training and support of a financial accounting system, five years licensing, support and maintenance should be included with proposals (“the Proposed Solution”). From the outset there will be a requirement for a user base of four to meet the immediate business needs of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority seeks to include the ability to draw down additional licences from the successful Tenderer under the terms and conditions of this RFT to meet anticipated future requirements. Additionally the Contracting Authority seeks to reflect the interest of the Department of Justice and Equality, its associated agencies and agencies under the aegis of the Minister for Justice and Equality and organisations which have a formal reporting and legal relationship with the Department
