Tender description

Based on usages from 14/07/15 to 15/07/16 - current usages as follows Beat Helmets cost £28.90 each and 242 are issued annually at a cost of £6,993 per annum. Flat caps cost £14.74 each and 430 are issued annually at a cost of £6,338 per annum. Bowler caps cost £ £26.79 each and 283 are issued annually at a cost of £7,581 per annum. Therefore the cost to issue 955 separate types of headwear is currently £20,912 per annum. x 5 years = £104,560. HOWEVER - AS WE ARE NOW ISSUING BASEBALL CAPS OUR USAGE HAS NOW REDUCED TO ZERO COST. PE 10/08/16. we will put a token amount of £500 just in case we ever need any special measures etc, for ceremonial usage
