Crawley Borough Council and Horsham District Council are inviting applications from suitably qualified contractors to assess the viability of development across the areas covered by Crawley Borough Council and Horsham District Council, and based on these viability assessments to prepare recommendations and reports relating to the following : - • deliverability of Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessments (SHLAA) ; • setting of a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charging schedule; • to inform affordable housing policy in the emerging Local Plans
