Tender description

The London Borough of Barking & Dagenham is looking to appoint a Surveying contractor to carry out Asbestos Management Surveys in communal council properties. The programme of work will be for a maximum of 12 months and will cover approximately 1100 surveys in Low rise and High Rise communal properties within the borough. There may also be some minor ad-hoc requirements for single residential properties. The successful bidder shall survey properties inline with the timetable set by the Housing repair team and will need to be able to provide CAD drawings and surveying information to the Council in a format that easily integrates with the MICAD Asbestos management database.
