Tender description
York Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Expressions of interest for the supply of patient information leaflets and consent forms. The supplier must be able to supply a range of documents in DL, A5 and A4 sizes; 2 part NCR; single colour to full colour; must be able to print between 10 and 20,000 copies. Lot 6936: The supply of Patient Information Leaflets/ Consent Forms We do not accept paper tender. All bidders should submit their responses through NEP CTM eSourcing tool.
