Supply of Bulk Liquid Fuels in six Framework Lots

Tender description

The Goods Framework Agreement to be entered into by the Contracting Authority is for the supply and delivery of Bulk Liquid Fuels (“the fuels”) in six Framework Lots as listed below, to the Irish Public Sector, as set out in Appendix 1 of the RFT. Tenderers can tender for all Framework Lots or a combination of Framework Lots or just one Framework Lot. This Framework comprises the supply and delivery of Bulk Liquid Fuels listed below (Framework Lots 1 – 6). There will be six individual Goods Framework Agreements. The Bulk Liquid Fuels shall be in accordance with the Requirements and Specifications set out in Appendix 1 of the RFT. The supply and delivery of Goods shall be in strict accordance with all legislation and regulation governing the storage and distribution of dangerous substances. Framework Lot 1 - Unleaded Petrol Framework Lot 2 - Automotive Diesel Framework Lot 3 - Marked Gas Oil (Both 10ppm Sulphur & 1,000ppm Sulphur content) Framework Lot 4 - Kerosene Framework Lot 5 - Marine Fuel Oil Framework Lot 6 - Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)
