Tender description
The Health Service Executive and organisations funded by the HSE invite tender proposals from suitably qualified companies who wish to participate in a competition for appointment to a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision and supply of E-Auction Services to the HSE and organisations funded by the HSE. This framework only relates to the provision of E-Auction Services as; Software as a Service (SaaS) model. This is not a framework for the purchases or implementation of E- Auction software.
