Tender description

The Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht is seeking tenders for the provision of a media monitoring service. The Tenderer must be able to provide a comprehensive press cuttings service and broadcast monitoring service. However, the Department also requires separate broadcast monitoring proposals for both web based and social media. The Department must be able to consult its press cuttings and a broadcast log online (in PDF format or similar and by hyperlink) and receive a digest by email. It is preferable that these documents are in a searchable format. Information must be included on whether the news monitoring system has the ability to send email alerts to members of staff, be remotely accessible and allow for multiple and simultaneous users. The Tenderer should be able to provide analyses on the Department’s press coverage from time to time allowing it to quantify its publicity against its targets.
