CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE: 4 Nr. National Frameworks (Multiple Operator) for Design Team Services

Tender description

The Health Service Executive (“Contracting Authority” or “CA”) is procuring on its own behalf and on behalf of HSE Group comprising publicly funded healthcare bodies such as all bodies corporate, statutory corporations, hospitals, partnerships, unincorporated associations, charities and other entities operating as part of the Irish health service and funded in any way directly or indirectly by the HSE or other public funding sources or any local, national or supra-national government or regulatory authority, as well as any employees or contractors of any of the foregoing and any other persons or hospitals assisting in the provision of the Irish health service, a multiple operator framework agreement (“the Framework Agreement”) to facilitate the CA in its provision of Design Team Services. There will be four (4) main National Frameworks to be established by reference to the four types of projects (Types A, B, C and D described further below) required by HSE.
