For Database Administration, Application Support and Development Services for Oracle Financials

Tender description

The FSS of the Department of Justice and Equality now invites tenders for the provision of technical services by a suitably qualified Service Provider in relation to the following: • Oracle Database administration in respect of the Oracle Financials System, • Application support and development for the modules of the Oracle Financials System (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Travel and Subsistence, iProcurement , General Ledger, Application Desktop Integrator and Discoverer reporting package), • The Oracle Financials System also includes a customised payment processing module for payments under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme. In addition to the other modules of Oracle Financials, the successful tenderer will be required to support and develop this customised module also, • Further system development, enhancement, potential upgrade and roll out of Oracle Financials, including the potential addition of new client Organisations to the system, • Skills and knowledge transfer in the foregoing areas to staff employed in the FSS.
