Request for Tenders for the Supply of a Managed Student Imaging Service (Concession Contract)

Tender description

DIT are looking to award a concession contract to a single supplier who shall be required to implement and manage an integrated, future proof solution to include student printing, copying and scanning for the next 4 years (“Managed Student Imaging Service”). The proposed solution must be capable of printing from networked DIT computers, personal computers on the wireless network and from mobile devices (email printing). This solution must be efficient, robust and be fully capable of providing a consistent high quality service over the duration of the Contract. The solution must meet the needs of DIT students, i.e.: it must be efficient and fully capable of providing consistently high quality copies and printouts over the duration of the Contract. Controls must be easy to use and robust enough to withstand constant use. The solution must also be capable of scanning to email.
