The NHS England Personal Health Budget Delivery Team is establishing a support programme (Accelerated Development Programme) for Clinical Commissioning Groups to help them develop personal health budgets. The NHS England Delivery Team require a supplier(s) to support in various aspects of the programme delivery including assisting with the training sessions, coaching and mentoring.
