Refurbishment of McGarry House, Alphonsus Street, Limerick

Refurbishment of McGarry House for the provision of 67no. accomodation units inclusive of communal facilities and associated site works. This refurbishment once completed will be used for persons with intellectual, physical & mental health needs. Futhermore, persons with alcohol and substance misuse needs will also be accomodated in this facility, in addition to appropriately qualified staff providing care and support for such persons. Work Contractors will be expected to provide evidence that they have experience of refurbishing similar such projects either for other voluntary groups or within the statutory sector.
