Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) invites tenders for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and support of a new telephony system for National Blood Centre (NBC) in James Street, Dublin 8, Cork (MRTC) and 6 regional sites. The scope of work to tender is for the following: • The supply of IP Telephony System • The supply of Unified Messaging • The supply of Unified Communications • The supply of management equipment and software • The installation and configuration of all equipment supplied • The cost for user and technical training • The maintenance and support of all equipment supplied
