Tender description

The Authority is responsible for the development of an integrated transport system within the greater Dublin area. The projects which are required to meet these responsibilities are delivered by various local authorities and encompass a broad range of project types. Arising from this remit, the Authority proposes to engage a consultant to provide inter alia the following services to the Authority: Development and provision of an estimating database to produce project cost estimates using selected key project variables only with the intention of facilitating the speedier production of estimates with minimal effort but with an acceptable level of cost certainty. Service to include management, maintenance and updates of date in database; Cost Estimates for specific or projects types; Cost Estimating Procedures; and Value Design Guidance.
