ITB Cleaning Service Contract

Tender description

There are Seven main components to the services required from the Cleaning Contractor. Routine cleaning of all designated areas in the buildings. This service is required for 40 weeks a year Provision of a janitorial service to maintain high profile areas. Janitorial Service is required for 50 weeks a year Supply of all janitorial supplies to include toilet paper, soap, and all necessary supplies required for the carrying out of the contract. This includes the provision of an adequate and satisfactory sanitary towel service to the ladies toilets. Routine inspections, servicing and maintenance of pest control devices, at each location. Supply and maintenance of sanitary disposal units and disposal of sanitary waste. Annual cleaning of all windows. Hourly rate per person for additional cleaning.
