Tender description

Rathmore Community Council wish to contract to have a children's playground constructed on a community site, adjacent to the Community Centre, in Rathmore Village - subject to grant aid approval and subject to planning permission. The project involves the excavation and build up of the site with approved material and the laying of an approved soft playground finished surface. Finished level will be at or about the existing ground level. The civil works will also involve the erection of security railings all round the site with additional timber sound barrier incorporated in the rear railing/fence. A ramped access will be required at the entrance from the street. The contract will also include the supply and erection of the playground The contract to supply all equipment and construct the playground has been awarded to Crawford Group, Unit 8, Rosemount Business Park, Sinnottstwn Lane, Drinagh, Co.
