The installation of this brewery will allow The White Hag Brewing Co Limited to deliver its objective of servicing the community and local area with a local Craft brewed beer and joining in the world wide Renaissance in Craft Brewing. The site is supplied with mains water and three phase electricity. To supply, fit and commission a 10bbl microbrewery capable of producing both keg and filtered bottled ales and lager. This will include all equipment required including the following : Hot water tank, Mash Turn, Suitable Copper heat exchanger, 2 fermenting vessels, 2 conditioning tanks, A bright beer tank, All cooling equipment required including pipes, pumps, keg filling equipment, filter equipment and filters, Keg and bottling lines. Full fit out in a designated unit.
