The contract was awarded for one year, with the option to extend for up to two years subject to annual satisfactory performance and budget availability. Value of contract: The total estimated contract expenditure is €750,000 per annum Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award criteria (maximum score for each criterion in parenthesis): Innovation, reach and relevance to target audience of media plan proposed for the project detailed in Appendix I of the invitation to tender. (40 marks, minimum required = 30 points); Insight from campaign critiques as detailed in Appendix II of the invitation to tender, including logical review of campaign reach and relevance. (20 points, minimum required = 15 points); and Cost, based on added value delivered over stated campaign budget as detailed in Appendix I of the invitation to tender (refer to 3.1d Format of Tender) (40 points).
