Tender description
Coaching for Performance Improvement The Council invites tenders from Service Providers in respect of the above named contract for the creation of a coaching culture across the organisation. We are looking for a provider who engages, motivates and stimulates the participants to enable the shift of behaviours towards a coaching style of management therefore experience of successful developing coaching cultures is a key requirement for WSCC.
