Tender description

5.1.1 Develop a PHECC learning management system which will be the intellectual property of PHECC 5.1.2 Customise and brand the LMS 5.1.3 The LMS must also have mobile training application. 5.1.4 Unlimited band width, unlimited users is required. 5.1.5 Transfer all present PHECC courses to the LMS 5.1.6 Migrate all users and data files (20,000) from current system 5.1.7 Provide administration training as required. 5.1.8 Maintain electronic records of all training completed to meet regulatory and compliance requirements 5.1.9 Deliver tests and exams as part of LMS or courseware to assess knowledge. 5.1.10 The LMS should be fully compliant with all existing versions of the Scorm standard
