Tender description

Centro (West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive) is seeking a suitable contractor for the construction of a 101 space car park for Longbridge rail station park and ride and the erection of a bat wall at the site of 78 - 92 Longbridge Lane, Longbridge, Birmingham, B31 2TW. The site was previously the location of residential properties. Please note the deadline for return of tender documents is 12 noon on Friday 21st June 2013. Please note start on site is expected from July 2013 with completion no later than the end of September 2013. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of 60/40 price/quality as outlined in the tender documents. Please refer to the ITT Letter and Tender Instructions Document for more information.
