Tender description
Framework covering: the demolition of Shops, Schools, Industrial units, garages, residential buildings, offices, leisure facilities and multi-storey car parks. The demolition works shall include but not be limited to: general demolition works including any uncovered asbestos, removal of interceptor tanks and the like, the design and installation of shoring and propping, the design and installation of hoarding and screens, removal of contaminated materials and soils, the removal of hard and soft landscaped areas, the backfilling and reinstatement of areas and where applicable the removal of any installed equipment – works up to £50k.
