Mater Misericordiae University Hospital coffee shop, snack meal services

Tender description

The Mater Misericordiae University Hospital (MMUH) is seeking a service provider to provide a snack meal solution for two existing coffee shop facilities located on the campus in Phase 1A, Level 1 and Level 3. The service provider will also be expected to operate snack vending satellite services in various locations throughout the hospital campus.The successful service provider will enter into a licence agreement with MMUH, within which the terms and conditions of the contract and provisions of service will be laid out. . The two areas currently seat approximately 120 and 60 patrons and they provide a basic snack meal service to staff and visitors The service provider will be expected to provide assistance and advice on all matters relating to the implementation of a functional snack meal service in these areas. This will include providing all hygiene equipment, production equipment, display equipment, decoration and furnishings for this purpose. All costs associated with infrastructure works, improvements and branding for the premises will be bourne by the service provider. Major structural alterations will not be permitted and all works to be agreed in advance with MMUH
