Tender description
The project requires routine bridge maintenance work to be undertaken including the following:- Traffic management;- Unblocking drainage;- Removal of vegetation;- Repairing potholes and sealing pavement cracks;- Parapet repairs;- Concrete repair;- Bridge scour repair works;- Patch painting of steelwork;- Replacing guardrails / safety barriers;- Masonry stonework repairs;- Road sweeping and cleaning;- Graffiti removal;- Miscellaneous maintenance works.NRA bridge maintenance Specification to be used. The awarding authority has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via a 'Tender Submission Postbox' facility.
